How It Works
- After authorization, Zoom OAuth tokens are securely stored.
- Metal does not store your Zoom password.
- Once authorized, the Notetaker bot can join investor calls on your behalf.
- The bot joins designated investor calls only.
- During the meeting, the bot records and transcribes the session.
- After the meeting ends, transcripts are processed by Metal.
- Metal generates:
- Structured notes
- Intelligent summaries
- Insights on what went well
- Feedback on what could have gone better
- Suggestions for improvement for future investor calls
Removing Zoom Access

- Open Settings
- Navigate to the Zoom section
- Click Disconnect
- All Zoom OAuth tokens are removed.
- The Notetaker will no longer join future meetings.
- Previously generated notes and transcripts remain in your Metal workspace.
- Meeting data is retained while the user account remains active.
