How Metal Works

Metal is an AI-driven operating system for founders raising venture rounds. Equipped with off-market data on venture investors, the platform is built on top of an investor memory layer that powers workflow intelligence at every step of the raise process.

Built by Founders, for Founders

Metal was built by founders that raised $120m for their first startup across seven venture rounds. Through that experience, our founders learned the intricacies of fundraising, and decided to build an AI-native capital formation platform that they wish had existed.
The platform cuts across a set of sub-products that bring efficiency and precision to the raise process. Each sub-product benefits from the platform’s proprietary intelligence on venture investors.
