How Metal Works:

Metal is an AI-driven operating system for founders raising venture rounds. Equipped with industry data, the platform captures context on the user’s Company and uses that to surface the right intelligence.

Metal was built by founders that raised $120m for their first startup across seven venture rounds. Through that experience, our founders learned the intricacies of fundraising, and saw an opportunity to build the platform that they wish had existed.As of May 2026, Metal is used by thousands of founders across 40+ countries.
The platform cuts across six broad sub-products to bring efficiency and precision to the raise process. Each sub-product benefits from the platform’s proprietary intelligence on venture investors.
