# Richard AI

> Your fundraising co-pilot that executes on your raise.

Our in-app agent codenamed Richard AI is equipped to execute on most aspects of your raise process.

## Common Use Cases

As founders set up their raise process within Metal, we see a consistent increase in reliance on Richard for everyday use cases.

    Richard AI is equipped with the right set of capabilities to form your pipeline for you. Specifically, by using AI Search, Market Signals and New Funds, Richard AI can put together your pipeline consistent with industry best practices.

    Founders can configure the investor discovery process in line with their preferences. By talking to the agent in natural language, users can review the pipeline, make additions or subtractions, and automate the administrative parts of the raise process.

    Richard AI is equipped with the right tools to discover and qualify investors, extract specific details from investor profiles, add investors to pipelines, and add notes to investor profiles for easy reference. With Richard AI, founders can automate pipeline formation.

    Further, founders can also have Richard AI add "tags" to investors based on certain criteria or research. For all investors that have invested in similar companies, or that have been super active in a given sub-sector, Richard AI can be tasked to add a specific tag. These tags are then visible right next to the investor name throughout the platform.

    Via the "Paths" platform, founders can have Richard AI research on how to land introductions with specific investors within their pipeline. Specifically, founders can instruct Richard AI to research who within their network can make introductions with investors within a specific pipeline, or with investors that carry a certain tag.

    Richard AI has full context on how to apply various types of filters in parallel to identify very specific types of intro pathways.
